Cultivate a deep & lasting connection to yourself and the people you love

You never feel good enough or like you truly belong.
Even though it’s been years since the dreaded years of middle school, there are
moments when you feel like you are right back there again.
→ You overhear coworkers talking about the great time they had last night and
wonder why you didn’t get an invite
→ You’re with a group and the conversation is flowing but you still feel this distance
between you and the others that you can’t explain
→ You know that your friends are planning a weekend trip and you’re worried that
they are only including you to be polite, not because they really want you there
→ You’re with your family and realize that they don’t really know you or who you are
You tell yourself that nothing is “wrong” but it still doesn’t feel right either.

You try to figure out what’s going on and why things feel off to you. But even that is somewhere you come up short. It can leave your head spinning -
Where do I belong?
Do they even like me?
Is something wrong with me?
Am I okay?
Not having the answers can leave you feeling unsettled, on edge, and so alone.
It can get in your head and under your skin, to the point where you feel off your game. You’re not showing up the way you want to at work, in your friendships, and in life in general. Being off balance like this makes it hard to make decisions. A lot of times you say yes because you think it’s the right thing to do but pretty soon you have way too much on your plate and you can’t finish everything you started. Then you feel even worse because of the guilt that you didn’t follow through on your commitments.
You really want to feel connected and understood for who you are.
OR
You want to feel connected & understand who you are.
You truly care about the people who are in your life. And if you’re honest - sometimes you go over the top showing people how much you care.
Maybe you...
Find yourself buying gifts or throwing celebrations that go past the budget you had planned. It’s hard to stop yourself when you want the people in your life to feel how much you love them.
Overstep when it comes to your kids, trying to make sure they have everything they need and feel taken care of - but they can feel like you aren’t giving them enough space or letting them learn lessons on their own
Take your partner or friend’s successes as if they were your own, or try to help “fix” the problems they are facing - but things can get tense and they can feel frustrated by your well-intended efforts to offer a solution
You end up feeling even more alone.
Dear friend,
I am here to help.
I understand what it feels like to be where you are. To want to feel known, seen, and understood. I’m here to help you cultivate more connection in your life so you can feel safe, confident, and courageous.
If you’re like me, you might be wondering...
Why am I feeling like this?
My life has been relatively okay. I haven’t been through anything horribly traumatic.
Growing up, I had food, clothing, and a roof over my head. My parents weren’t drug addicts and didn’t abuse me. Even my trauma doesn’t feel like enough. Something must be wrong with me.
Maybe it’s not about what happened, but what didn’t happen.
Many people can recall...
✔️Playing, watching TV, or doing homework alone
✔️Not being given permission to talk about your feelings or ask questions
✔️Few opportunities to try new things (like a sport or a hobby)
Kids can read between the lines and you may have gotten the message that...
✖️ You’re not a priority - when the people around you appeared busy with other things
✖️You’re not good enough - If your sibling or cousin seemed to get more attention or praise than you did
✖️You don’t matter - if you aren’t doing what makes your parents happy or proud
These messages that we receive in the early years of our lives can be deeply rooted in the way we see ourselves and the world.
Even if nothing “wrong” happened,
we can still feel like something is wrong with us.

NEW SEASON
with a Coaching Intensive
What is a Coaching Intensive?
An intensive is a 4 hour session that allows us to dig deep and get to the root of what keeps you feeling unhappy, inadequate, and disconnected from the people you love.
Although the name “Intensive” suggests that this experience is “intense” or emotionally demanding, many people feel that it is a gentle way to bring more transformation to your life in the moment that you need it.
If you’re tired of how things are going and you’re ready for a refresh - in your relationships and your body, mind, soul- an intensive can help you reset old patterns and welcome in a new season.
Coaching Intensives can help you...
Understand your story and why you feel like you’re never good enough
Release the fear that something is wrong with you or you’re doing it wrong
Feel more confident to make decisions and live your life without fear
Develop a deeper connection to yourself: More compassion & less criticism
Grow more healthy and fulfilling relationships with the people in your life
You can finally feel like you belong
The Intensive Process
1
Prepare the Soil
30 Minute Discovery Cal
During this call we get to meet for the first time and talk about what’s happening in your world and your hopes for the intensive. I can answer your questions and share more details about how it works.
2
Plant the Seeds
4 Hour Intensive Session
During the Intensive Session we will examine your story together.
This is the part where things can get messy. Just as we dig in the dirt to make space for the seeds and remove anything from the soil that doesn’t belong or won’t bring nourishment, we will carefully move through your story - planting new things and removing anything that is old or not nourishing to you.
3
Watch Them Grow
After the Intensive, many people feel a sense of refreshment and see things in a new way. You will begin to see small subtle changes at first, like a leaf poking out of the dirt. As time passes, the changes will grow with new possibilities in your relationships and your life.
Root yourself in courage,
Branch out in confidence
